Business Cases & Procurement
We assist organisations to steer their way through IT and
information systems procurements in line with Capital Investment
Manual, Public/Private Finance guidance and the OJEU
requirements with practical help in:
- The development of strategic, outline and full business
cases, including benefits identification and quantification
and the preparation of benefits realisation plans
- Systems procurement, including EU Journal
advertisements, production of output based specifications,
supplier evaluations and contract negotiations
- Process design, used as a tool both to specify
requirements and to identify and quantify benefits.
We work closely with our clients, complementing their skills
and resources and therefore our role can range from assistance
in a specific area, to providing an advisory/review role, to
project managing the entire procurement.
