Programme & Project Management
Programme and project management is becoming an increasingly
complex function with programmes spanning delivery of IT and
associated change and workforce development. We can provide
highly experienced programme and project managers, well versed
in the practical application of the OGC’s ‘Managing Successful
Programmes’ and the PRINCE2 project management methodology and
with skills in:
- Benefits management: quantification and planning the
delivery of benefits
- Active risk and issues management to ensure focus on the
most critical and active management of issue and risk
registers
- Communications and stakeholder engagement, with a wide
range of stakeholders from many different disciplines and
