Implementation Support
Portico Consulting has great experience in supporting IT
systems implementation and related change programmes. More
recently we have been helping a number of Trusts with their
implementation of CRS. Areas where we can offer support
(for CRS and other systems) include:
- Project management of all aspects of
Stages 1 to 3a.
- Process mapping workshop facilitation.
- Data migration - planning, support,
technical expertise, and hands-on assistance
- Management reporting - architecture,
technical support, training.
- Benefits management - preparation,
planning and realisation
We are also helping organisations to review or develop local
IM&T strategies to guide investment and strategic planning which
takes account of changing scope and timescales within the
national programme, options outside of NPfIT, and the need to
address local priorities and efficiency targets.
