Integrated Information

For the past decade, there has been a steady move towards Trusts and PCTs delivering information to their organisations through strategic management reporting solutions. Now new ways to deliver information are emerging: national systems such as SUS and QMAS, LSPs will be delivering data warehouse solutions; and locally organisations can procure or implement systems based on industry-leading products such as Microsoft Reporting Services, Business Objects and Cognos ReportNet.

With these new developments, come new challenges.  How should organisations respond to the uncertainty in the time scales and scope of LSP data warehouse solutions?  How will non-migrated data be made
available for reporting, audit and operational purposes?
