Matthew Robins

Matthew specialises in strategic studies, typically working at senior levels in a multi-agency context. This includes information strategy development, options appraisal, organisational reviews, and process review and improvement. Much of his recent work has been jointly commissioned to support service integration and information sharing. He also has considerable experience of developing IM&T services including establishing large scale Health Informatics Services.
