Client Survey
In the next month or so, we will be distributing a short online survey to your colleagues who use Quartz on a day-to-day basis. We will be asking about your organisation’s usage of Quartz’s range of functionality, and your centres’ usage; we will be asking about our support service, and the ticketing system (‘SIRs’); we’ll also be soliciting opinions on the Quartz user-group; and we’ll be seeking views on our plans for longer-term developments.
