Process Review Days
Over the coming few months, we will be offering all clients an optional ‘process review day’. During these days, a member of our team discusses current processes in detail with your colleagues who use Quartz on a day-to-day basis, to see whether there may be opportunities for streamlining, and possibly exploiting recently introduced features and functions. They will also try to identify opportunities to make use of relevant new and extended functionality which may not have been picked up through the often quite detailed monthly release notes. The output from the process review days is a set of short-term suggestions for making the most of the Quartz solution; and typically, some slightly longer-term options, for introducing additional functionality to centres/providers, and/or to your colleagues.
